In ER, she was noted to be in SVT, and despite 3 doses of adenosine (Adenocard), she did not respond, and was brought to ICU. Currently, she is on Cardizem drip. On admission, she is coughing w/o bringing up any phlegm, and appears to be dyspneic on minimal exertion.
