FDA alerts pharmacists to risperidone, ropinirole mix-ups
FDA announced reports of medication errors involving risperidone (Risperdal, Johnson amp;
Johnson) and ropinirole (Requip, GlaxoSmithKline), noting that in some cases, patients who took the wrong
