Kenya: Medical Services Official May Face Fraud Charge

The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission wants senior officials at the Ministry of Medical Services, including the permanent secretary Mary Ngari, be charged with corruption. In a report tabled in Parliament yesterday, the EACC wants the PS charged with abuse of office. It also wants the ministry's deputy secretary, Principal accounts controller and accountant 1 be charged with violation of the procurement laws. (Source: AllAfrica News: Health and Medicine)
